Non mi appare la facciata di Illustrator

Buonasera a tutti,

Stasera, dopo aver eliminato dei file dal mio computer, ho problemi ad aprire Illustrator. All'apertura ho una facciata nera che non mi permette di fare nulla e se clicco su "nuovo" per creare un file non funziona. (Non so se mi son spiegata). 

Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

System Catalina 10.15.7
