Hi,

I recently bought a M1 macbook pro. When I attempt to work on Illustrator, I don't have a single color available, even when I copy and paste an RGB code to select one. There's no color chart and no way to select another color than the ones between the black and white. Did you ever have a problem like that and could you help me out resolving this ?

Thanks a lot everyone !

You probably opened an image or another file that does not contain swatches.

You can load the (default) swatches from the Swatches panel menu and add them to your file.

Can you show a screenshot of the Color panel?
