I keep getting this message. I have followed all the instructions suggested. I have updated the app, reinstalled it as well, nothing seems to be working.

My Windows Specifications are:
- Windows 10 Home
- Version 1909
- OS Build: 18363.1016
Adobe Illustrator Specifcations, I believe are 24.1.1.
