Not Able to Access Adobe Illustrator

I keep getting this message. I have followed all the instructions suggested. I have updated the app, reinstalled it as well, nothing seems to be working. 

 

"This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues, please see our troubleshooting guide."

My Windows Specifications are:

  • Windows 10 Home
  • Version 1909
  • OS Build: 18363.1016

Adobe Illustrator Specifcations, I believe are 24.1.1.

Apologies for the delayed response. We're sorry to hear about your experience. I'd recommend updating the Windows 10 & Adobe Illustrator to the latest version.

If it does not help, please try logging into hidden admin account (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfbMs3w-Z3s&t=53s). Check how the application works there. If it works fine there, then it could be related to permission errors. Follow these steps to repair permission errors: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/kb/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html
