Not able to save file in Illustrator

Desde ayer no puedo guardar ni exportar mi trabajo en Illustrator, sale como si se guardara pero al momento de abrir el archivo sale en blanco. He perdido trabajo a raiz de este problema, esperé hasta hoy para solicitar ayuda porque no encuentro donde arreglarlo pero todo el día el servicio de atención al cliente ha estado cerrado. 

Por favor no sé que hacer estoy desesperada. 😞

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing? And use the cleaner tool.

Also have you cleared your preferences?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS & Illustrator? Does it happen while working on a specific file? Are you trying to save the file on a network drive?
