Not able to switch and edit the workspace in Illustrator CC2020 (v24.1.1) on Windows

After upgrading to 24.1.1 (64 bit) Windows, the ability to switch and edit the workspace disappeared. Does anyone know a treatment? Thank!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please update Illustrator to the latest version v24.1.2 and see if that helps.

You may also try resetting the Illustrator preferences once. Please follow steps provided on help article https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html#setting_illustrator_preferences 

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
