Not able to use GPU Performance with RTX 2060 in Adobe Illustrator

Hi!

I recently bought a new ASUS with a 10th gen i7 and RTX2060 graphics card. But now I have a problem that i cant activate GPU performance in Illustrator. Isnt the card supported for this?

My graphics drivers are uppdated to the latest.

Hi Anton!

According to the page below the Windows GPU Performance features aren't supported on GeForce RTX series video cards, or at least the list hasn't been updated to include the RTX series video adapters. Try the official support channels as they might have a better answer.
