Not able to work on the Adobe stock asset

Hello, I am new to Adobe and I just had a few questions.

 

I just recently downloaded a Business Card Asset and did my design.

That is the asset I downloaded and I dont know how to find the actual picture shown and put my design in there to make it look finished. please help!

What is your goal with this stock graphic?

Do you need the business card for actually printing and using it?

Or do you just want to show it on Instagram or your website? Which is what this asset is about. This stock asset is of no use whatsoever for printing your business card.
