Offsets not exact

I am trying to create offsets of a text in illustrator to import into a CAD program. I believe my document is setup properly however when I measure the offsets in the CAD program, they are smaller than they were created to be. I have included the illustrator file, exported SVG

 

and a screenshot of the CAD program (fusion 360).

The offsets should be 0.2mm and 1.1mm. Please let me know what I am doing wrong here.

I kept getting errors trying to upload the AI file (somthing about script not matching?) and there is apparently no way to edit posts so hopfully someone can decyper my issue here. TY
