Open with 2021

When am trying to open a ai file with (open with option in window) illustrator 2021, there is also illustrator 2020 which ive uninstalled and still the option appearing together 2021. 

am using macbook pro 2017 with mojave 10.14.6

How do i remove that?

have you checked if the previous version is still present in the Creative Cloud app?

Yeah. Its not there in CC app.

in this case, I think it's a macOS problem. There are many guides online that explain how to remove duplicate apps from that window.
