Paintbrush paths appearing separate from real path.

Hey all, I've been having a problem where I draw a path with the paintbrush tool, and the actual line shows up nearby after I let go of the mouse. I draw normally, but sometimes the paint shifts when I'm done drawing. When dragging my cursor over where the paint actually shows up, I can see the skeleton (the actual path) appear where I actually drew the line.

This is really annoying and I can't imagine this being a feature, so it's probably not some hidden switch. What should I do?

It could be the way the brush is setup (if you use a custom brush), but it is probably a preview problem caused by GPU preview.

Check if switching to CPU: Cmd or Ctrl E, makes a difference.
