That is not possible, because there can only be 27 spot colors in a PDF.

I have to disagree with that, I have a chart that doesn't have the additional 336... so that would be 1,531 pantones in one pdf...

Are you sure all of those are spot? I did a quick test with a larger number of spot colours and some were converted to CMYK if you check the output preview.

Select the first one, hold down shift, then select the last one.

Drag and drop this to your swatches palette
