Paste in Illustrator or Drawing New shape

I have a problem when I caopy and paste an object from one layer to another or to illustrator in general and in drawing new shapes. It is alawys drawn or pasted in the back of the layer not in the front. How can I solve that?

Probably you are in Draw Behind mode.

You can change it to Draw Normal in the main Tools palette.
