Please check out the Wacom web site, there might be special installation and set up directions.

In the Illustrator preferences please try and turn off the Wacom and turn on "Live preview" in "Performance". Does that work?

Can you also try if the Wacom 6D brushes from that library work?

And then: Is that your only monitor or do you have another one? Can you try and set up the monitors differently: exchange primary and secondary monitor. Does that work?

If everything else fails: please contact C
