The Pen tool is not working at all like it used to in this update - at least for me anyway... I'll link an example video here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/x3ul3mu1dyixvfj/Pen%20tool%20not%20working.mp4?dl=0

As you can see I can't add or subtract a point by clicking on a shape and every time I adjust the angle on a point by holding the option button it creates a new point. it's like it's not detecting the shape i'm working on at all... Someone please help!

I can't tell from the video what is happening, but I understand from your explanation that the Pen tool is not working the way it should. I have the most current update for Photoshop and cannot replicate the problem.

You could try resetting preferences https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

or using the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

From what I see you are using Ai CC2020, not sure if updated, and OSX, Catalina?

Maybe you have updated Ai, or installed a revision of the OSX.

In any way, better try to uninstall, and delete Ai Preferences, restart and install again a fresh copy of Ai.

Let us know if it solves the misbehaviour. Thanks.

I think you need to reset your preferences.

Then check that your Illustrator is updated.
