Phantom Scrolling

Hi All,

For some reason today my CC Illustrator workspace keeps scrolling to the right without me doing anything.

All was good on Friday and today this?

I have removed the mouse and keyboard and this is still happening.

Also uninstalled a re-insatalled but still the uwanted scrolling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

Apologies for the delayed response. Please try resetting preferences of the Adobe Illustrator if you still have this issue.

You may follow instructions given on this help article to do that.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
