Pixelbook and Illustrator compatability

I have a Google pixelbook, I am reading it is not compatible. Are there any plans for this to change? Can the app can work on an android system/phone?

There are no plans for this at the moment. No public ones anyway.

Thanks for reaching out. I agree with Doug. Currently, Adobe Illustrator desktop app is only supported on Windows & macOS. You may post a feature request on Adobe Illustrator UserVoice forum though. This forum is monitored by product teams and they might look into it.
