Hi all,

I am a newbie and not very technical. I have a new design and want to place a picture in it but the option to place is greyed out, can anyone help?

Shelley, as a fellow newbie, I've had this problem. Check your Layers panel. If you are active on a locked layer, you can't use the 'Place' command. Try creating a new layer (unlocked) and stay active on it. Then see if the Place command is accessible.   Jo B

Hi, yes the layer is locked but even with no lock it doesn't appear. I cannot take a screen shot as everytime i try the menu bar disappears
