Plugin error with Illustrator version 24.1.3

Hi there,

I recently updated Illustrator to the 24.1.3 version, but when I launch it it gives me an error message (screenschot attaced). I can open Illustrator, but the menu bar that usually appears to the left does not appear. I'm guessing this has something to do with the error message. 

I've tried uninstalling this version and reinstalling the previous version but this throws up the same error, and Illustrator crashes as well. I have also tried launching Illustrator from a shortcut and also opening a previous file to see if that makes a difference - but the result is the same. 

Can anyone help me solve this issue?
