As I work on it, the program keeps stopping. It's the same with Photoshop. I deleted the font and reinstalled the program, but the result is the same. Computer performance is also good, but I don't understand that the program keeps stopping.

When was the last time you rebooted the computer?
How much RAM is installed? How much RAM is free? Does this also happen when you don't run anything else other than Illustrator?

I restart my computer every time Illustrator stops. Now my RAM capacity is 32GB and the rest of the space is 31.9GB.Currently, I use Photoshop and Illustrator, but both of them get this error. There is no mistake in making words or PPTs. It's just an adobe show.

I don't know what the problem is because it's always differently. It works until the file is turned on, but it always causes problems when you try to use the tool. This may also happen at some point when you just use the tool and there may be no response, or it may stop while you're working on it a little by little.

Can you try and reset the preferences?
You can rename the preferences folder - the can be reversed in case it doesn't help.

What do you mean by resetting the preferences? I've already reset the configuration in the illustration.

You can try if you get an answer on the weekend: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
They can login to your system to check it out.
You can also try if a complete uninstall and reinstall solves it.
