Position of the objects changes when exporting artboards

I'm trying to create button animations (on, off, hover etc.). To do that, I have copied the same artboard 6 times with the exactly same content, only that on some objects the opacity or blur is modified. When I export all 6 artboards, the objects are not on the same position depending on the artboard. The export resolution doesn't matter, it always happens.

Is there a way to fix this?

Well, you basically answered your own question: Applying effects changes the object bounding box and thus may effect calculations of soem stuff. Not saying that this should happen and it certainly is some sort of bug, but it's kind of logical, be it just for subtle changes in teh antialiasing. Therefore it may be necessary to copy& paste the content to a single artboard, align it properly, draw a visible frame around everything to "pin" the bounding box and then export a layered PSD or something

Do all your artboards have top left XY coordinates without fracional values?

Is the rhe Document Raster Effects Settings set to 72 ppi?

Try to check the export anti-aliasing options and see if Art Optimized makes a difference.
