Printing postscript on illustrator

Hey I've been trying to print my vector file for the purpose of screen printing. I've already created all the spot colors necessary. I ran into an issue when trying to print them in postscript. Once I try to open them the page seems to be cropped out. I had adjusted the paper size to 12x16 but the paper size remains 8.5x11. Any way to fix this?
