Illustrateur reconnait les typographie déjà installé sur mon ordinateur, mais de temps en temps il ne les reconnait plus, puis il les retrouve, puis encore une fois il ne les reconnait plus.

How are you opening the fonts?
Are you positive that the fonts are opened and not just added?
What are the names and file format of the fonts you are having trouble with are. (Eg: Buffetscript. Opentype, freefont: Type 1)
You may have some corruption and need to clear your font cache. On the mac you can download fontnuke.
On windows you can follow this.
