Performance issues with Adobe Illustrator 2021 on macOS

Hello everyone, I have a problem with illustrator version 2021, I use a Mac. While I was working yesterday, it block and went jerky. When i restarted the program, the instruments were inaccurate, for example the pen, that makes the point in another place instead of where i touch. I even disinstalled and reinstalled the program but the problem dosn't resolve, what can i do? Does anyone else have this problem?

What kind of input device are you using?

Does it work better with a mouse?

Does that happen in all files or just some?

Do you have any third party plugins installed?
