Problem with Illustrator vector connections.

Please. I have this problem ever since I started working on windows 10. I can't join vector together, not even get them close as you see in the video. Whether i usde de contro+u or no I simply can't match those vector points. And this happens in every file. In case I can't match de vector I just left them together affecting the design.

Please if someone knows how to solve this problema I'll be very thankful.

Based on how it's snapping in your video, I'd say you might have turned ON Snap to Grid and turned OFF Snap to Point.

Yes, check your View > Snap to settings.

It might also be snap to pixel.
