problem with my zoom in illustrator

I have a problem with the zoom of my illustrator before towards scrubby zoom and out of nowhere the program stopped doing it, look for several videos on youtube, and nothing helps me, because I have the GPU box active and the animated zoom too, please help.

You might want to check Preferences>Performances>GPU Acceleration or when was the last time you restarted your computer?
