Problemas con las barras de herramientas

Hola, tengo problemas en la ultima version de ilustrator con las barras de herramientas. Por favor podrian ayudarme a solucionar este inconveniente. En realidad es que se esconden y no logro hacerlas aparecer, utilizo la tecla tab para que abran y no responde. Además voy a ventana/espacio de trabajo y pongo diseño y no me lo toma. Necesito resolverlo porque tengo todo en esta nueva version y no puedo trabajar con versiones anteriores

Hola, hice lo que me sugerian, de apretar control alt mayus cuando se
iniciar ilustrator y nada, ademas restaure los cuadros de dialogo y avisos
y tampoco aparecen las barras de herramientas.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I see you are using Windows 10. Please make sure you have Windows 10 and GPU updated to the latest version. Additionally, please try resetting the Illustrator preferences manually. Please follow the instructions below to do that:

• Close all Adobe applications. 
• Go to Location C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe 
• Rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings.old 
• Launch Illustrator from the Creative Cloud. 

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. This way all your old settings will be saved in .old folders and Illustrator will recreate new folders with default settings.

If this does not help, please use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove the existing installation and install again once done.
