problemas de instalacion

hola buenas, necesito ayud apadra instalar el app. por mas que siga los pasos y la ayuda de los agentes del programa esto me sigue apareciendo.

[0121/202511.363:ERROR:directory_reader_win.cc(43)] FindFirstFile: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3)

Alguien tiene idea de como arreglar esto?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of the OS? Have you tried restarting the computer? Is there any specific firewall installed on your machine? This information would help us assist you accordingly.

Additionally, you may use Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to remove the existing installation of Adobe app & reinstall once done.
