Problems saving ai. documents

I've been having problem saving ai. documents for about 1 week. 

While saving my work, most documents, light or heavy, from the most simple artworks to complicated works the saving stops/stalls at around 90%. I've cleand everything i can clean, i've logged out of the other computer using the same account.

Any one knows how i can fix this problem?

Is a printer installed, turned on and set as the default printer? Driver updated tothe current version? obsolete printers uninstalled?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of OS & Illustrator?

In addition to great suggestions above by Charu & Monika, I'd request disabling the "Optimize File Open and Save Time on Slow Networks (Beta)" under Preferences > File Handling & Clipboard. Let us know if it helps you out.
