Problems with InDesign and Illustrator

There are problems with new versions of the software, read the description below.

Adobe InDesign CC 2019

1. The program does not read the fonts installed on the computer.

Example: we create templates with fields for personalization, where we specify all font parameters for text in it. There are often cases when opening the same file on the same computer after some time, the person field is highlighted in red, which means that the applied font is missing. However, when you open the list of fonts in the program, it is in the list. You just have to reassign him to the field.

2. Incorrect barcode formation in the field.

An example: Constant problems with the formation of the EAN-13 bar code. In this version, again, sometimes it is not clear for what reason, if the bar code settings in Barcode Studio 15.14 and the field in Adobe InDesign CC 2019, when generating pdf bar code is trimmed from all sides, and what is strange is that each page has a different size. Either the bar code is stretched, which should not be based on the settings, and to display the bar code correctly, you have to increase the field in InDesign by a fraction of mm. It's never happened in past versions.

3. When generating pdf., file defects are removed that are not visible in the program in any view mode.

Example: Well, there are all sorts of things, image distortion, "pixalization" of images, some incomprehensible colors come out, etc. Here, perhaps, the question is not about any failures, but simply whether there is any possibility to check the final image before the formation of pdf.

Adobe Illustrator 2020

1. Incorrect saving of file in eps format.

Example: We prepare files for preview in ai. format, to prepare a file for printing, we from ai. format save files in eps. format separately using assembly areas. Further on, when opening the received eps. files, we see an empty file where all layers are hidden. In this case, some layers are locked, some are open for editing, etc. We have to manually open everything, and we don't have to close it. Again, there was no such problem in previous versions.

Our LLC is reseller of this software, now we help with this troubles for our customer.

The customer says:
