Purchased Vector from Adobe Stock.. Vector #171057161. Need Help with Fonts

My plan was to insert the text for my business into this vector. However, it seems that these are not actually fonts, but created objects that cannot be changed without significant know how. Can someone please look at this file and assist me with a solution because right now that $80 I spent is worthless.

There are no fonts in any file from Adobe Stock; every file containing lettering will have had it converted to artwork.

Ah ok, thank you. So do I need to use artboard to edit this?

What do you mean by 'artboard'?

It can be edited with all the usual tools, but its not a simple job because the texture has created many tiny paths.
