Question about 'hand tool'

 Hello!  By any chance, among those who use Adobe, no matter how different the shape of the hand tool is selected in the illustration, it cannot be converted to another function. I wonder if anyone knows what to do in this state.

Are you saying you are unable to get out of the Hand Tool?

Typing the letter v doesn't take you back to the Selection Tool?
