So, the home screen of Ai CC has a cloud icon, top right.

Mine is augmented with a little cross, and when I park my cursor over it, I get the message:

"Can't connect to cloud documents. Please reconnect to view all your files."

Er, how do I do that?

I've gone to my online account and can't see anything wrong; the Creative Cloud Desktop app says that my syncing is up-to-date.
