Why am I sometimes unable to access fonts from Creative Cloud? Sometimes I get this message: "Unable to process the request"

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of Illustrator and OS? Do you only have this issue with Illustrator or does it happen with other Adobe apps too??
Please try steps provided on help article https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-font-activation.html and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for responding, Ashutosh!

I am using a MacBook Pro, macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6. My Illustrator is through the Creative Cloud and I keep it updated. I am primarily only working with Illustrator and Photoshop so I don't know if it the problem exists elsewhere. Thank you for directing me to that article. I will try those suggestions!!
