"Une erreur indéterminée s'est produite"

Bonjour,

 

Je ne parviens plus à ouvrir et/modifier certains fichiers, ni créer de nouveaux documents sur Illustrator CC (23.0.1). Un message d'affiche : "Une erreur indéterminée s'est produite", ce qui ne m'aide pas du tout pour diagnostiquer le problème. 

 

Y a-t-il une manipulation "simple" pouvant résoudre ce problème ?

Je précise que je n'ai pas la main sur la mise à jour du logiciel car je ne suis pas administrateur de mon PC (réglages de sécurité entreprise).
