Yesterda I received the payment and it is already out of my paypal, I canceled my subscription and I read the cancellation terms there were the conditions for the refund (if canceled within 14 days the person can get a full refund) I can get my money back? I purchased adobe extensions ( Specees )
On Paypal: You authorized a payment of 22,51 EUR to Fastspring BV (orders@fastspring.com)
I purchased on this site: https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.100740.specees.html
After i cancelled my order i recieved this email:

Thanks for your advice. Im already connected with adobe support they told me that " You dont have a any subscription" but im already cancelled my subscription i dont know what i have to do i just want my refund 😞
