Has anyone ever been able to get a refund from Adobe? One would think that such a big company would have good customer service, but all the chat responses are just copied and pasted. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service with this Adobe.
Adobe is refusing to refund me for a program I don't use. I bought the program because someone suggested it and wanted to use it for my work, but found it so difficult and complicated to use and realized it wouldn't help me at all. When I tried to get a refund, they refused, and just tried to sell me more? How do I get compassionate and attentive customer service from Adobe?
