Remote printing Mac to Mac

I have a customer who does not have anyone who can reliably print files I send them no matter how simple I set it up for them. I would like to know if anyone can give me the best starting place for a solution until they can get someone on there end who can print reliably. We are both on newer macs capable of running latest os. Both have currant adobe cloud accounts and high speed internet. Printer is a sure color T3270. Thank you for any advice as to what has worked for you or who likely be the best solution for us.

What is the problem with the prints? fonts, color? Try sending them pdfs with font embedded.

Maybe you want to control their computer to send the print yourslef. Try gotomeeting and request control of computer.
