Replacing text in downloaded image from istock

Is there a way to replace the text in a downloaded image from a file purchased from istock. The text is converted to outlines and allows me to delete it but does not seem to be editable to replace the text content with different wording in that same exact font/type style. Am I missing something or is this not something that is feasible to do. Any assistance is much appreciated!

It is a requirement by most stock companies that text is outlined.

You will need to get the font and then type the text.
