rotate tool reference point

I cannot set the rotate point on the rotate tool with alt click with wacom or with my track pad. My screen is frozen and the point sticks to and moves with my arrow. It does not set at the center point.

I never use Alt on keyboard for setting rotating point. Just click with mouse or wacom pen

I use Alt click to set the reference point and open the rotate dialog.

And for me it works in 24.2.1

Thank you for your advice. Sometime later, after rebooting or opening IL again, it started working again.

That is what I always try first when things behave strange; restarting. Good to hear it works again.
