Rotation anchor point doesn't work after installing the latest update (24.1.2) of Illustrator 2020

Hi. In this video explain what happen when crate a object and press 'R' to change the center pivot to do a rotation.

Anyone have a solution.

2. Does it happen on a specific document or all?

I discover what happen. Since when I use a pen tablet don´t work. Using mouse, works perfectly.

Yes. Was a first thing what I do. Don´t work. Never mind, I just using my oldest mouse.
