Save for web error

If I save it as save for web in the illustration, I get an error message, why is that?

I installed it newly, pressed alt+Shift+ctrl and tried to run it, but the error message keeps popping up.

Without any specific info about your system, your document and your language settings nobody can tel lyou much. Using an Asian language could be part of it and there have been several general issues been reported recently as well where SfW could not access temp folders and such. impossible to tell without more specific details.
