I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the AI forum so that proper help can be offered.

Hi there,

Apologies for the delayed response. Does it happen with a specific file? Is the file saved on a network location?

If yes, then please try copying it on a local drive & then try to open it. Let us know if it helps.

Looking forward to your reply.

Regards,

Ashutosh
