Saved files turn black

Whenever I save a file on the cloud documents of illustrator the canvas turns black, it shows normal when im working on it but after saving it goes black, tried with old documents and the same thing happened, i want them to be transparent, help?

Does View > Preview on CPU help?

Does saving on the local desktop as a normal .ai file help?

Sorry to hear about your experience. Are you talking about the preview/thumbnail of the file? Do you see similar behavior when you try to see the files on the browser(https://assets.adobe.com/)? Have you tried to follow the suggestion given by @Ton Frederiks?
