screen drooping bug?

hi everyone 

I have been using illustrator for a while now but it slate become unusable whenever I move the mouse half of my canvas starts to have a drooping effect 

would anyone know why that is?

Could you please attach your image using the Insert Photos button? Your link is not functional, and I'd rather not have to download it to see it. Copy-paste also works.

Looks like a GPU preview issue. Could you turn GPU Off (View > Preview on CPU) and tell us what will happen?
