Scrubby Zoom disable when I placed a grey scale image into Illustrator

I found that the Illustrator will automatically changed to CPU preview when I placed a gray scale image. I believe this deactivated the scrubby zoom feature. Anyone can help? I love scrubby zoom  T_T

• Animated Zoom has activated all the time.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I hope your issue is resolved now. If you still have issues, please share version of OS & Illustrator? Please make sure you have updated your OS & GPU to the latest version.
