Se ha generado un informe de bloqueo

Abro Adobe Ilustrator y todo parece bien pero al momento de querer abrir un documento nuevo o existente sale una pantalla de bloqueo, y el programa se cierra

Tengo Windows 10 64bits

• Version of Illustrator
• Graphic Card installed on your system.
• Event Viewer report with Illustrator error.

• Where the files are saved(Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)
• Try changing the default printer to Adobe PDF

SALUDOS me pasa lo mismo a la hora de abrir un nuevo proyecto en Ilustrador y para imprimir un pdf

esto es lo q me sale

svchost (24508,R,98) TILEREPOSITORYS-1-5-18: Error -1023 (0xfffffc01) al abrir un archivo de registro C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log.
