Se reinicia mi ilustrador cada que guardo un archivo

Estoy sumamente molesta, cada que quiero guardar un archivo en ilustrador se reinicia y se borran las modificaciones que le hice a mi archivo cuando se recupera, alguien me puede ayudar, ya estoy desesperada la verdad no estoy contenta con esto que me esta pasando, es jugar con mis proyectos 😞

Are all fonts checked?

Do you have a printer connected, set up as the default printer and turned on?

Thank you so much for answer me i didn't knew what happened. I reinstall illustrator and with that everything was fine again thank you so much.
