Selecting an object when switching from another app

Hi there,

I wonder why I have to click twice on an object to select it when I come from another software like Word or so? I tried in several other edit software and when you switch an object is immediately selected after you click on it.

I would say when you have to switch a lot between different software this behavior is very annoying and inefficient.

Regards,

Enrico

First Illustrator has to get focus and then you can interact with it.

That's what I thought too. Too bad illustrator can't do it like other edit software do.
