Selection Tool doesn't work correctly

Hi,

today after a little break I realized, that the selection tool doesn't work as usually. It looks like using the direct selection tool. But I can't e.g. pull a corner of the square to transform it. I just can move the whole object. I added a screenshot to this message.

Please, can you tell me, what i did wrong and how I can change this? I have never had this problems before. I use the 25.1 version.

Thanks in advance and greetings,

Heike
