Selection Tools not working at all

Just downloaded Illustrator 2020 into Windows 10.  Selection Tools not working at all.  Can only more whole object and can't click and single out a specific thing.  Bounding boxes not woring either.  Tried showing edges, bounding boxes, and corners in he View Tab.  Please Hel[!!!!

Hi try to reset your preference and try it or show us a screenshot if not solve...regards

Had a support guy try to do all of that... Did not work will try to send screenshot

Is Photoshop or other Adobe apps running in the background?

Can you try and launch only Illustrator and then check again?

Nothing else ruuning just Illustrator

Or just some?

Where are files stored?
